Returns (Re-Do) Policy

To be as clear and precise as possible, Savage Garage NZ Ltd follows the rules of law outlined in the NZ Consumers Guarantee Act 1993.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with any work we have done and it is within the stated period we guarantee the work for, then please contact us to arrange for the work to be re-evaluated and for you to clearly explain what your issue with the work is.

We, the supplier, must be given the opportunity to remedy the work and to ensure our systems and processes are in order. We also need to find out if the issue is workmanship, product used was fit for purpose or the product was used by the client correctly.

This will be done as quickly as possible.

By purchasing from Savage Garage you have agreed to these T's and C's and no other parties are to be made aware of any issues, our privacy is to be respected like yours.

You cannot 'contract out' of the CGA by fixing the work elsewhere. Only the original supplier must be given three opportunities to fix the work.

Warranty and Guarantee timeframes will be listed on your invoice next to the product you purchased.

Privacy

We have very robust website and database security and we take the matter very seriously. This applies to the client/customer also. Just as we don't sell customer data to any third party we don't expect any customer to bag our work should they have an issue.

Instead, come and see us and lets resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit Card data is processed in real time via secure encryption, we do not store CC numbers.

Delivery/Reply Times

A member of the Savage Garage team will reply to your online query within one  business day via an email or txt message

All bespoke and special-order work will be done in the timeframes agreed to in the quote provided and the subsequent agreed times.

All this is subject to acts outside our control. We will notify you of changed timeframes as soon as possibly but they do not affect the quote or the agree times if these acts are simply out of our control.
